Nautibeach is a small vacation rental condominium complex located on the north beach of Isla Mujeres, popularly known as Coco Beach (also called Playa Norte, or North Beach), which is the broadest sandy beach on the Isla Mujeres.
These units are offered by the "Owners' Rental Pool" which is the largest management on the premises so you can be assured of the quality of the unit you are renting. Leading on to the beach is a large freshwater pool and a poolside bar.

The fully air-conditioned apartments themselves all have 2 bedrooms. Most units have a queen bed in the master bedroom and a double bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom. All are fully furnished and fully equipped for full time living.

The kitchens have a refrigerator, at least a 2-burner range, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and utensils for preparing and cooking your own meals. All apartments are centrally air-conditioned. Because these units are each privately owned, the linens must stay in the apartment. So please be sure to bring beach towels.
